How to Use Oxygen Plus
For Recovery:
- Take 10 shots of Oxygen Plus after training session.
For Intense Sparring or Strength Training:
- Take 10 shots at beginning of warm-up
- Take 5 additional shots every 15-20 min depending on the intensity of training
Before a Fight:
- Take 10-20 shots immediately after weigh-ins to restore energy reserves
- Take 20-40 shots during warm-up within 1 hr of flight time
In competition, more is always better.
