If there are exceptions, they would be listed on the individual product pages and generally exceptions are for items not produced by Oxygen Plus. If you are an active, healthy individual who uses Oxygen Plus (O+) products as directed for their intended purpose(s), Oxygen Plus stands by its products and believes you will be a completely satisfied O+ customer. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can find a remedy. Return Policy and Customer Complaints:
Due to the nature of the product and proprietary packaging specifications, Oxygen Plus product returns are permitted in rare instances. Kindly contact our customer support for the required steps in authorizing a lawful return.

Undeliverable Shipping Address:
A valid name, email address, phone number and order number may be required to process or return funds for an order that was placed with an undeliverable (incorrect or incomplete) shipping (ship-to) address. Oxygen Plus will credit funds any order than cannot be fully processed due to an undeliverable shipping address within 7 business days.
