Hidetada Yamagishi Tells Benefits of Using Oxygen

In this interview, IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Hidetada Yamagishi talks about how Oxygen Plus (formerly Oxygen Factor) increases his training capacity and muscle pump while reducing his lactic acid, helping him build a magnificent physique. He also discusses how O+ oxygen helps him while posing on stage.

Hidetada Yamagishi is one of the top bodybuilders in the world. He has finished in the Top 10 at the Olympia multiple times, and will be competing in 2017 for the first time in the 212 lb. Division.

Although many bodybuilders rely on supplements to help them push their performance to the next level, it's not often that they consider one of the most obvious options out there: supplemental oxygen. Yamagishi said that he uses Oxygen Plus during every single training session between sets in order to boost recovery, helping him boost his performance over time.

"After training, you feel recovered faster. Especially before the show, when you get really tired," Yamagishi said.

Additionally, Yamagishi discusses how O+ oxygen has helped him increase his training capacity on days when he's focusing on the biggest muscle groups, as well as arms, shoulders and smaller body parts. Being able to train longer and harder has helped Yamagishi improve his physique, and it even helps him stay more mentally alert and engaged during intense posing portions of competition.
